Melanie Rudd is a visionary entrepreneur, speaker, author and coach dedicated to empowering women to choose courage in the face of fear. With a background in interior design, construction management and philanthropy, she’s launched multiple companies, selling one design and build firm.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Melanie has leveraged her expertise to drive impactful change, raising $1 million to combat human trafficking and touching lives across 27 countries. Her philanthropic work took her to the Middle East, where she supported refugee aid efforts and collaborated with a female-led humanitarian organization in Iraq while ISIS was still in control in 2017. Expanding her influence, she won the title of Mrs. North Dakota International 2020, using her platform to further her mission of service and advocacy.

Today, she’s the Principal Designer of Novel Design + Build, where she builds homes with human-centered design at the focus of her work.

Melanie enjoys hiking, swimming, reading and hanging with her three children, and one (ALMOST TWO) grand-babies.
